New! Grants Shared Services Center (GSSC)

With the launch of Workday Finance and Supply Chain on January 7, we are also introducing the Grants Shared Services Center (GSSC). This new office combines the former OSP Purchasing, AP, and Travel departments and is headed by Grants Compliance Manager, Andrew (Drew) Jasin. Starting January 7, procurement and expense transactions containing an OSP grant worktags will workflow to GSSC for processing and compliance review instead of to the College’s Service Center. AP and Purchasing have been centralized under Business & Finance. Please contact Drew Jasin (Jasin. 29) if you have questions.

PCard Program Transition

Applications for OSP Project AMEX PCards will no longer be accepted as of September 18, 2020. As we transition to the new WorkDay financials system and business processes, new OSP Individual PCards will be issued through the central University PCard Program Office. Please check back for additional updates. We will be providing more information about the new process and PCard program transition over the next several months.
