Help Desk
The Help Desk supports the Office of Research and its reporting units. In addition, we handle questions, problem reports, service requests, and inquiries from faculty, staff, and students regarding all electronic research administration tools. You can call us at 688-8288 or e-mail us at orhelpdesk@osu.edu. Our standard hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
