Bid Opportunities

The following table includes up-to-date public bid postings where vendors may view bidding opportunities for purchases planned by the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) Procurement department. Such purchases are for research projects administered by OSP and may include funding from federal, state and industrial sponsors. Vendors are not required to register in order to view bidding opportunities. Please follow the instructions provided in the posting.

Note: posted bid opportunities are separate from and not to be confused with those bidding opportunities posted by The Ohio State University Purchasing Department via the Ariba Discovery Portal.

Supplier Diversity
OSP Procurement encourages the participation of small and minority businesses, women’s business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms in all bid opportunities.

Bid Submissions
All bids must be submitted to OSP Procurement to the attention of the point of contact (POC) in accordance with the bid submission instructions listed in the bid posting.

All questions and communications pertaining to bid postings must be directed to the POC listed in the bid posting (reference the Bid No. and other pertinent bid information in any communications). Contact with any other Ohio State faculty, staff and/or students may result in a disqualification of the vendor. Any oral communication will be considered unofficial and non-binding, and will not change or alter the bid opportunity.

Contact OSP Procurement at 614-292-6871 or via fax at 614-292-6870 if you have any general questions or concerns.
